eCommix offers cloud-based data syncing and automation technology products and services (“eCommix Platform”). We collect Personal Information to create and maintain user accounts.

All information submitted by or on behalf of an eCommix customer pursuant to a contract is considered “Customer Data.” Each customer remains the owner and controller of their Customer Data.
