Common questions

How does the sync work?
eCommix connects your Shopify store to Google Sheets via our secure API. You choose which data to export — products, orders, inventory, customers — and we create a live spreadsheet you can edit and sync back with a click.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. eCommix is built for operations teams, not developers. If you can use Google Sheets, you can use eCommix. No formulas required — though you can use them if you want.
Is it safe? What access does it need?
eCommix only requests the minimum Shopify and Google permissions needed to read and write your store data. We never store your product data on our servers — it flows directly to your Google Drive.
What happens if I exceed the free plan limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Your existing synced sheets continue to work — we just pause new syncs until you upgrade or reduce the number of products.
Can I share spreadsheets with my team or suppliers?
Yes. Because data lives in Google Sheets, you control sharing exactly like any other Google doc. You can also create filtered views per supplier so they only see their own products.
